ISSUE:  Receiving"This field name is not known" error when running Crystal report using GP Reports Viewer.

SOLUTION:  In this case the Crystal report was pointing to a Command that was then pointing to a SQL stored procedure.  Changing the report to point directly to the stored procedure resolved the issue.
