Training

I am the newly-hired business analyst for a mid-size company that has been using GP since 2006, currently on GP2016.  It is clear to me that we need to learn more about how to use the product effectively and I want to lay out some training options.  I would like to do some preliminary on-line training followed by classroom sessions.  I am familiar with the GPUG, but I like choices.  Any suggestions on quality training programs?
