Users receive "Catastrophic failure" error after printing report

ISSUE:  Users receive "Catastrophic failure" error after printing report using GP Reports Viewer.  Clicking OK on the error allows the users to continue working.

SOLUTION:  Change the Regional Settings on the computer to English (United States) or English (United Kingdom).
