Error message "The permissions granted to user “Domain/User” are insufficient for performing this operation"

ISSUE:  Users receive error message "The permissions granted to user “Domain/User” are insufficient for performing this operation" when trying to print SSRS reports using GP Reports Viewer. This only happens for some users.

SOLUTION:  Make sure the users printing the reports have permissions to them in the SSRS Report Manager.
